How do I fix shoulder pain?

Many people can help shoulder pain with some very simple stretches, resistance band exercises and postural changes. Exacting the diagnosis is your first priority. Seeing a specialist to determine the cause of your shoulder pain, whether it be a frozen shoulder, rotator cuff tendinitis, arthritis, a neck issue referring pain to the shoulder or some other condition, the treatment differs for each. Often an MRI or ultrasound provides some clarity and further pinpoints the issue at hand. If you’d prefer to get started on your own try stretching by sliding your arm up a wall as far as you can go. Or band exercises as shown below.
